Returns and Refunds Policy

This Returns and Refunds Policy applies to purchases made from Watt & Wild through our online shop. Watt & Wild is a trading name of Tack & Jibe Ltd.

It does not affect your statutory rights.

1. Your right to cancel

If you are a consumer buying online, you have the legal right to cancel most orders within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason.

To cancel an order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and tell us that you wish to cancel.

2. Returning goods after cancellation

After telling us that you wish to cancel, you must return the goods to us within 14 days.

Goods should be returned unused, in their original packaging where possible, and with any labels, manuals, accessories or parts included.

Unless the item is faulty, damaged, not as described or we have made an error with your order, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as you are responsible for the goods until they are received by us.

3. Refunds

We will refund the price paid for the returned goods, including the standard delivery cost of sending the goods to you, where applicable.

We may deduct from your refund if goods have been handled more than is necessary to inspect them, or if they are returned damaged, incomplete or used beyond what is reasonably necessary to check them.

Refunds will be made using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.

We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, or within 14 days of receiving evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier.

4. Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods

If your goods are faulty, damaged, not as described, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please include your order number and, where useful, photos of the issue.

If the goods are faulty or not as described, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund in line with your statutory rights.

Where the item is faulty, damaged, not as described or sent in error, we will cover reasonable return postage costs.

5. Items that cannot usually be returned

Some items may not be eligible for cancellation or return unless they are faulty. This may include:

  • Items made to your specification or personalised for you.
  • Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons, once unsealed.
  • Perishable goods.
  • Digital products or downloads once supply has begun, where applicable.

This does not affect your rights if goods are faulty, damaged or not as described.

6. Exchanges

We do not guarantee exchanges. If you need a different item, size or model, the quickest option is usually to return the original item and place a new order.

  • The item or items you wish to return.
  • The reason for return, if the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.

We will then confirm the return address and next steps.
