Using the website

You must use this site lawfully and must not attempt to interfere with its operation, security or content. Product images, descriptions, downloads and specifications are provided to help you choose suitable equipment, but you remain responsible for checking that a product is appropriate for your intended use.

Orders, pricing and availability

Product listings, prices and availability may change without notice. Prices shown on the storefront are in GBP and, where marked on the product page, include VAT. An order is only accepted once you receive confirmation from us that it has been processed.

We may refuse or cancel an order if stock is unavailable, product information is materially incorrect, payment is not authorised or we reasonably suspect misuse of the site.

Delivery, returns and support

Delivery estimates are provided on product pages and at checkout for guidance only. Returns, cancellations and refunds are covered in our Returns Policy. If you need help with an order or product, contact info@tackandjibe.com.

Liability and legal information

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for fraud or for your statutory consumer rights. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website.
